Timeline of Toshiki Kadomatsu's new instrumental album

On 09/01, Kadomatsu announces the Billboard Live C.U.M. Vol.1 Extra Tour on his radio show, and mentions that he'll play songs from a new instrumental album he's working on.

On 09/05, he posts about the album on Instagram. Kaoru Yamauchi and Maoki Yamamoto confirmed on bass and drums.
toshikikadomatsu: I am recording an instrumental album for the first time in 34 years. Playing the guitar is where I started. My friends today are the excellent bassist and drummer, Mr. Yamauchi and Mr. Yamamoto.

He also mentions it in an interview with Billboard Live magazine. (specific date unknown)

今回のビルボードライブではどういう取り組みを考えていますか?

角松:インストを中心に、『MAGIC HOUR〜Lovers at Dusk〜』のナンバーを取り混ぜようと思っています。
元々『MAGIC HOUR〜Lovers at Dusk〜』の世界観をもう少し引っ張りたいと思っていたので、最初からレコーディング メンバーと一緒にやろうと思っていたんですよ。
でも今、僕が熱を帯びて新作のインストを作っちゃってるので、これは歌と半々でやりたいなと（笑）。

（笑う）。 『MAGIC HOUR〜Lovers at Dusk〜』の再現もありつつ、まさに今、現在進行形で角松さんがやりたい音楽を同時にやるというわけですね。

all songs done (written), recording started!
title decided, definitely to release by the end of the year (or that's the plan at least)
+ its a new original one, not another remake
he's mostly finished recording all his guitar, might do one more track though, not sure

09/21: New instagram post, Toshiyuki Mori confirmed on piano.
toshikikadomatsu: He is a maestro. Piano man Mr. Mori. And I'm Keep on going.

09/29, new info from My Blues Life

the album will be 8 tracks, it'll include songs that've only been played on the Kadomatsu Plays the Guitar tours til now
one had a working title of Soemoncho Blues or Soemoncho Strut, final title is Soemoncho Street (TL Note: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sōemonchō)
another called Tokyo Midtown (because that's where billboard live is), now titled simply Midtown

someone made a bootleg recording of Midtown at some point. It's also in MILAD: The Dance of Life.

we might have a rough release window- cum extra tour is in october ("sneak peek", last one on the 25th oct)
and the "Close out 2024 & Ring in The New Season" year-end concerts he's doing, which he said would be after the album comes out, are in december (first one on the 13th dec)
so i would speculate it'll come out some time in november
