SFD-FM01 - USB Bluetooth-to-FM transmitter off Wish.com

I have a radio, it sounds nice. If I get a transmitter I can make it into a "bluetooth speaker", so it can sound nice playing stuff I want to listen to.
+ if i have two radios listening to the same frequency, they can "combine" and sound even nicer :)

It's a little thumb-sized thing that plugs into a USB port. Quite impressive that they can squeeze it into that little space

I went out of my way to get this one instead of the other stuff on Amazon, Ali, etc, because:

• I am not using it in a car, cigarette lighter is useless to me
• No gaudy RGBshit

It does three frequencies: 87.5, 95, and 103.
I suppose those are multiples/harmonics of something? idk.

You switch frequency by pressing The Button while it's not connected. It remembers the last-used frequency even when switched off.
I only use 87.5, because there are actual stations on/near the other frequencies. It's Fine™

It starts the moment it is powered, and it will broadcast an empty carrier even when nothing is connected. (so make sure to turn it off when you're done...)

Using it is nothing remarkable, you connect to it like any other bluetooth audio thing. When connected, The Button acts as a play/pause button.

Unfortunately it only does mono audio, not stereo. For me this isn't a problem as my radio is only mono as well, but stereo would have been nice...

Some other miscellaneous points:

• It speaks English, though with a bit of a Chinese accent.
• It automatically "presses play" whenever it connects to something, which can be a bit annoying
• It WILL overmodulate if you let it, so keep an eye on the volume lol
• The USB is just for power, it doesn't show up as anything on the computer

interesting that it says "Bluetooth mode", idk what other modes there would be lol
i guess maybe the way it works is, theyve got a generic "bluetooth reciever" chip and a "fm transmitter" chip and theyre connecting the two together
and that bluetooth reciever chip can also do other things i suppose

As mentioned in the title, I got it off Wish.com, for about £2 (+ £1 shipping if you touch grass, £3 otherwise).
Here is the specific listing I got it from. Unfortunately they seem to have sold out, but at least with that listing you know what to look for.
